Does SuperPark have an age limit?
SuperPark is for active customers of all ages. Children under 7 yo must be accompanied by an adult. 0-2 years old children are welcomed to SuperPark with no admission charge with an adult who has bought a ticket.
In SuperPark we have activities suitable for everyone, but keeping in mind there are some limits for safety reasons. Anyone jumping from our big air -ramp must be wearing a helmet and in order to jump, all children under 18 yo must have a form signed by their legal guardian.
How should I be dressed and do I need my own equipment?
You are free to enter the park with indoor shoes, slippers, or socks. Please note that you must not be barefooted, so please bring your socks. SuperPark socks can also be purchased from the ticket counter.
For games, workouts, adventures and other active activities in the park, it is best to wear comfortable and flexible clothes.
All equipment in the park are yours to borrow. In the Freestyle Hall, you can borrow skateboards, scooters, helmets and shields. If you like, you can also bring your own equipment, such as a helmet or a scooter, as long as they are intact and clean.
What does the entrance fee cover?
Upon arriving you get a wristband from the ticket counter. You are free to enter and exit as you please as long as your wristband is valid. All SuperPark activities are available throughout the day with your bracelet. The park includes the Adventure Area, Game Arena and Freestyle Hall. The park has all the necessary equipment and they are free to be borrowed when in the park.
Where can I store my belongings?
In the lobby we have coat racks and lockers. For the lockers you can ask for a key from the reception. Outerwear and backpacks must be kept outside of the park. There is a shelf for outdoor shoes next to the entrance. We recommend leaving all valuables in a locker before entering the park. SuperPark is not responsible for lost or broken items.
What if I need first aid?
You can turn to our staff in case of a medical emergency. First-aid kits are located near the by ticket counter and the trampoline area in Freestyle Hall.
How about food?
Restaurant Robson’s provides for all needs! Robson’s offers tasty dishes and refreshments. From our cafe you find coffee, tea and all sorts of salty and sweet snacks. Please note that no food or drinks are allowed in the park area. Own packed lunches can be enjoyed in the designated areas located in the lobby. A capped water bottle can be brought to the park.

Does SuperPark insure its customers?
In SuperPark everyone moves at their own risk. In case of device or structural damage, the manufacturer is obliged to compensate the customer for any damage done.
