Making the reservation
- For the birthday party, you must select the duration of the party, the room time, and the catering package (Sweet, Savory, or Combo). You can also choose additional treats and products from our selection.
- Number of participants
- When booking your party, you can estimate the number of participants and change it later.
- The birthday package must be booked for at least 6 people. Smaller groups are also welcome to come and celebrate, but we always charge for a minimum of 6 people. For birthday parties with just a few guests, we recommend a more relaxed approach, with separate tickets and refreshments from the park kiosk/restaurant.
- The final number of participants, as well as any allergies and special diets, must be informed to us no later than the day before the party. When making your reservation, you can estimate the number of participants. You will receive a confirmation email including a link to make changes.
- Selecting the time for your party
- The online booking calendar is real-time. If the times for your selected day are grayed out and cannot be selected, that day is already fully booked. If you wish, you can celebrate birthdays in a more relaxed manner by purchasing just the tickets to the park separately and enjoying the delicacies available at the park’s kiosk/restaurant when suitable for you.
- Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
- The reservation calendar shows the time from which the room is available for 45 minutes.

- Invitations
- Please inform everyone that the party will start 30 minutes before the room time (2.5-hour birthday parties) or at least 30 minutes before the room time (4-hour birthday parties).
Servings
- For those with allergies, we sometimes have to substitute products with others. We strive to stay as close to the original as possible, but this is not always possible. If one child has multiple allergies, please list them on the same line. Please report allergies as accurately as possible, e.g.:
- 1x nut allergy, may contain is ok
- 2x lactose-free
- 1x pork-free
- 1x milk-free, nut allergy
- Please inquire about the possibility of bringing your own delicacies from the park where you are hosting the party, in addition to our catering services.
- We do not organize birthday parties with your own catering. If you wish, you can celebrate your birthday in a more relaxed manner by purchasing tickets separately and enjoying the delicacies available at the park’s kiosk/restaurant.
Arrival and schedule
- Arrival
- Welcome to our ticket sale, where we will greet you and explain the schedule for the day.
- The final payment for the birthday party will be made upon arrival. We accept cash, most debit and credit cards, and SuperPark gift cards. Birthday parties cannot be paid for with advance tickets or personal exercise benefits, nor are they eligible for offers or discounts. The reservation fee paid at the time of booking will be taken into account in the final amount.
- Storing belongings
- There are lockers and/or coat racks in the lobby of the park where you can leave your valuables, outdoor clothing, and backpacks.
- Access to the park and the party room
- First, you can visit the park to let off the initial excitement. When it’s time for the partyroom, we will call your group to the lobby and guide you to the birthday room via the hand washing.
- You will have 45 minutes to use the room and can move freely between the room and the park.
- After the party room time, you can continue to move freely in the park.
- Example of a 2.5-hour birthday party schedule:
- If the birthday room reservation is at 4:00 p.m., arrive at 3:30 p.m. when the party starts.
- The birthday room is available from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- The birthday party ends at 6:00 p.m.
- You can have fun in the park from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Example of a 4-hour birthday party schedule:
- If the birthday party reservation is at 4:00 p.m., arrival is recommended at 3:30 p.m. (or earlier if the park closes before the 4-hour period). The party starts when you arrive at the park.
- The birthday room is available for use from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- The birthday party ends 4 hours after arrival. You must leave the park premises no later than when the park closes.
- You can stay in the park for the entire 4 hours, within the park’s opening hours.
Miscellaneous
- The birthday child’s parent(s) can join in the activities free of charge.
- Parents of guests aged 3-7 can join the kids in the park with a supervisor wristband (1 per guest). The supervisor wristband does not grant access to the activities. It is only for supervision.
- It is possible to play music from your own device in the birthday room, which can be connected to the birthday room’s speaker.
- We will charge the restaurant fee according to the pre-confirmed number of guests or, if exceeded, according to the actual number of guests. For park wristbands, we will charge according to the actual number of people, but at least for 6 people.
