RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR BIRTHDAYS (OULU, TURKU, VANTAA JA VUOKATTI)

Birthday reservations are made via the SuperPark’s website. Reservations can be made up to three months in advance. Birthday reservations can be made for a minimum of six (6) people. For the birthday package, you must select the duration of the birthday party, room time and catering package (Sweet, Savory or Combo). You can also choose additional treats and products from our selection. The products available for selection can be found in the reservation system and vary from park to park.

A 50 € reservation fee is required at the time of booking, after which the birthday reservation is confirmed with SuperPark. The reservation is binding. A reservation confirmation will be sent by email once the reservation is confirmed. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total price of the birthday package. The remaining payment is made at the park ticket sale upon arrival at SuperPark. The final payment can be made by card and/or cash. Birthdays cannot be paid with SuperPark advance tickets or personal sports benefits, and no offers or discounts can be applied to them.

1. The final number of participants, allergies and special diets must be provided via the change form no later than 1 day before the party. The link to the change form can be found in the original reservation confirmation.

2. We charge the restaurant’s products according to the pre-confirmed number of people or, if it is exceeded, according to the actual number, but at least 6 people.

3. We charge the park wristbands according to the actual number of people, but at least by 6 people.

4. Birthday reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to the day before. The reservation fee of 50 € will then be refunded to the customer in the form of SuperPark tickets, which are valid for one year. The 50 € reservation fee will only be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.

5. In cases of illness or sudden obstacles, birthday reservation can be postponed to another date free of charge. The reservation fee of 50 € will then remain at SuperPark, waiting for new party. In such cases, please contact the park where the party is booked as soon as possible. You can find contact information for all SuperParks here.

6. For last-minute contact before a birthday, we recommend contacting by phone or text message.

Park wristbands are valid according to the reservation you made. From this time, you have access to the birthday room for 45 minutes according to your reservation.

Parents of the birthday child get free admission to SuperPark at birthday parties.
Parents of guests aged 3–7 can enter the park with Supervisor’s Wristband (1 per guest).

There are lockers in the park lobby.
It is a good idea to prepare for the day with sports clothes and indoor shoes or socks. It is also a good idea to pack your own drinking bottle.
